This dish is great for brunch and a hit hors d’oevres at parties! This short recipe gives deviled eggs that Indo twist – kick!
Here we go:
6 hard boiled eggs
4 tablespoons sambal oelek
4 tablespoons mayonaise
Split eggs in half, take out the yolk and put in a bowl. Add the mayonaise and the sambal oelek and mix. Put the mix in a piping back and fill the eggs. top with a red chili and serve!
