Coconut Ice Cream with Rose Syrup


Close your eyes and smell the roses! Another scent comes into play, which is that of coconut. We present our tropical delight: Coconut Ice Cream with Rose Syrup.

Use a melon ball scooper for about 5 vanilla ice cream balls per serving. Roll them in a bed of grated coconut and put them in a classic martini glass. Pour 2 tablespoons of  Rose Syrup over the ice cream and  serve.
